1. Beta Software Notice

Wingpath is currently in BETA development. By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that the software is provided in a pre-release state and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

2. No Warranty

This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you.

3. Data Loss and Security

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Data loss may occur at any time during the beta period
  • We do not guarantee data persistence or backup
  • User data may be deleted or corrupted without notice
  • Security features are under development and may be incomplete
  • You should not store sensitive or critical information

4. Service Availability

During the beta period:

  • Service may be interrupted without notice
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
  • Performance and uptime are not guaranteed
  • The service may be discontinued without prior notice

5. Changes to Features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time during the beta period. Features you use today may change or be removed tomorrow.

As a beta user, you agree to:

By continuing to use Wingpath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
